STANDARD BONNET ASSEMBLY
Maximum Pressure 413 bar . Maximum Temperature 260 deg.C. The standard bonnet assembly has a rotating stem with free swivel needle . The stem threads are rolled and lubricated to prevent galling and reduce operating torque. The stem seal is PTFE packed gland which is adjustable in service.
HIGH PRESSURE BONNET ASSEMBLY
Maximum Pressure 690 bar . Maximum temperature 260 deg.C. The high pressure bonnet assembly uses the same stem as the standard bonnet assembly but with a strengthened bonnet. The stem seal is PTFE packed gland which is adjustable in service. A protective dust cap is fitted to contain stem lubricant and prevent the ingress of contaminants. This bonnet is also fitted with a larger size T-bar handles .
HIGH TEMPERATURE BONNET ASSEMBLY
Maximum Pressure 250 bar . Maximum tempearture 537 deg.C. The high temperature bonnet utilises a standard stem and bonnet and incorporates a Graphoil gland ring and back-up pressure rings to ensure a leak-free stem seal.
